Responsibilities & Context:
Cipla Pharmaceuticals Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our production team as a Production Officer. In this role, you will ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance in pharmaceutical production, contribute to process optimization, and support the overall manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the production process of pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other regulatory standards.
Review and approve batch records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
Conduct regular inspections of the production area to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
Assist in the development and validation of manufacturing processes and procedures.
Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and operational procedures.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management.
Participate in audits and inspections by regulatory bodies, ensuring all requirements are met.
