• Very Good communication skills (Verbal/Written/Listening).       

• Inter-department coordination and follow-up experience.        

• Excellent production line management skills.        

• Strong people management and relationship management skills.       

• Strong presentation and professional skills to interact with Senior staff.

• Computer Literate.

• Contribute to production planning and budgeting.       

• Monitor quality assessments to ensure buyers satisfaction.        

• Maintain a safe production environment and achieve daily production target.        

• Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders.       

• Drawing up a production schedule·        

• Strictly follow up hourly production and work for increasing that.       

• Estimating costs and setting the quality standards, achieve maximum production by lowest cost.        

• Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment.     

• Working closely with the product design and sourcing team.      

• Liaising among different departments, e.g., suppliers, managers ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.        

• Supervising and motivating a team of workers.     

• Lead and mentor the team by conducting weekly/monthly/yearly reviews.        

• Giving required feedback to top management and buyer`s representatives.       

• Appointing and interviewing all production staff and fixing their salary where required in association with HR and IE department.      

• Must have strong knowledge of different kinds of fabrics in trend.      

• Having exposure to work with reputed UK, US, European Brands.        

• Able to work in extended working hours.
