∎ Job Description: mPower Social Enterprises Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Manager - Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) to lead the development and implementation of our MEL product. This position is crucial in ensuring that our social initiatives and programs are effectively monitored, evaluated, and improved to maximize their impact. The MEL Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's approach to data-driven decision-making and learning from our projects.
∎ Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, and analyze market data to make data-driven product decisions.
∎ Gather and meticulously document comprehensive product requirements from stakeholders and translate these requirements into well-defined plans.
∎ Develop and execute meticulous project plans for product development and delivery, while also coordinating and synchronizing activities across cross-functional teams.
∎ Set clear project milestones and objectives, aligning them with company goals and the product vision.
∎ Ensure successful project delivery by continuously monitoring progress, reporting on key performance indicators, and proactively addressing roadblocks or delays.
∎ Identify and escalate issues that may impact project success to the appropriate channels and strategically implement mitigation plans to overcome challenges.
∎ Collaborate closely with the quality assurance team to establish rigorous testing procedures, ensuring the highest level of product quality and reliability.
∎ Deliver comprehensive training on new product features to internal teams and stakeholders while facilitating seamless knowledge transfer to support teams and customer service.
∎ Implement pilot programs for new product features, efficiently collect and apply user feedback to enhance product functionality.
∎ Expertly collect, analyze, and prioritize customer feedback to drive strategic product improvements and feature enhancements.
∎ Ensure seamless after-sales support by providing maintenance, updates, and exceptional customer assistance.
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning(MEL) product Management.
∎ Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and visualization tools and methodologies.
∎ Strong project management skills.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
∎ Knowledge of the social sector and an understanding of development projects.
∎ Proficiency in MEL software and tools is a plus.
