Job Responsibilities:
Develop promotional strategies for assigned products and prepare promotional materials accordingly
Propose and launch new products as per market need
Monitor product performance and make recommendations for product improvements based on user feedback, market trends, and competitive landscape
Frequent doctor visit & field work for market development
Train the field forces on assigned products
