Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc. in Fisheries / Marine Science, M. Sc. in Aquaculture.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze, monitor & take marketing initiatives to ensure sustainable achievement & growth of the assigned portfolio
∎ Formulate business strategy of the assigned portfolio & endorse the aquaculture scientific information in an innovative manner
∎ Avail the source & commercialize the new molecules to feed the market demand
∎ Develop & monitor marketing activities of the assigned brands
∎ Organize & participate in the scientific seminars based on the need of the farmers or targeted prescribers
∎ Prepare commercial & technical training material of the assigned brands

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Experience : 01-02 years of working experience in Product Management Department of any Pharmaceutical Company is preferred (Must be experienced in fisheries products)
∎ Additional Qualification:
∎ Well conversant with MS office application
∎ Strong analytical, strategic thinking, organizational and interpersonal skills
∎ Willing to work under pressure & travel anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Communication Skill : Good Communication skill both in Bangla & English
