∎ Experience in using Figma, experience in using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator will be an added advantage. -
∎ Formal training in UX or a certification like HFIs CUA will be an added advantage.
∎ Job Experience Required 4-6 years in relevant field
∎ Proficient in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for both mobile and web applications. -
∎ Skilled in collaborative work, able to understand user needs by actively communicating with cross-functional teams. -
∎ Competent in creating interactive prototypes and using feedback to refine designs. -
∎ Strong visual design skills to ensure aesthetic coherence and adaptability across various platforms. -
∎ Familiarity with product development stages and Design Systems. -
∎ Ability to present design ideas clearly and contribute positively to project strategies, supporting team leads where necessary. -
∎ Knowledge of project management basics to effectively participate in and influence the projects trajectory. -
∎ Committed to user-centric design principles, advocating for the best user experience within project constraints. -
∎ Capable of efficiently managing time to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality design outputs.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design user-friendly interfaces for our streaming service. -
∎ Work closely with different teams to understand what our users need and want. -
∎ Develop prototypes of new features and collect feedback to improve them. -
∎ Ensure that all designs are visually appealing, consistent, and flexible enough to work across different devices. -
∎ Draw on your experience with the product development process and the use of Design Systems to enhance product design. -
∎ Confidently share your design ideas, help guide the projects direction, and provide support to project managers. -
∎ Understand and apply project management principles to make a significant contribution to the direction of our projects. -
∎ Be a champion of user-centered design principles, making sure our users needs are at the heart of the design. -
∎ Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines without compromising the quality of the design.
