• Bachelor`s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product design and development, preferably in a manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and other design tools.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and supply chain management.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to product development.

• Generate creative ideas and concepts for new products based on market trends, customer preferences, and business goals.
• Analyze market data to determine product specifications, features, and pricing strategies.
•  Design and Prototyping
• Create detailed product design sketches, 3D models, and prototypes using CAD software and other design tools.
• Work closely with engineers, manufacturers, and suppliers to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness of product designs.
• Coordinate product testing and validation processes to assess functionality, performance, and user experience.
• Identify and source materials, components, and technologies required for product development.
• Evaluate suppliers and vendors based on quality, cost, and reliability, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Communicate design specifications, requirements, and constraints to stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Establish quality control processes and standards to ensure that products meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct inspections and audits to monitor product quality, performance, and safety.
• Maintain relationship with EPB and BTMA. BKMEA, BGMEA, BIDA(BOI).
