Educational Requirements:
∎ Master in Business Studies or any other relevant discipline from reputed university. If highly experienced educational qualification & age will be relaxed.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing and supervising employees and all activities of the purchasing department.
∎ Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
∎ Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
∎ Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
∎ Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
∎ Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
∎ Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
∎ Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
∎ Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
∎ Search the market & find the low market price product with quality.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 03 years experience as procurement Officer or Finance & Admin Officer
∎ If highly experienced educational qualification & age will be relaxed.
∎ Previously working experience on procurement issues gets extra priority.
∎ Strong commitment for work with Procurement for the development project at NGO’s & other procurement.
∎ Strong working competency of Microsoft Office, Internet browsing and of project management tools;
∎ Good networking and coordinating ability.
∎ Should have a valid Motor Cycle License.

Salary:
∎ Monthly Consolidated Salary BDT-20,000 & More competent candidate salary will be negotiable.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, D/A according to ESDO policy
