∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identification of Nobin (New Entrepreneur)
∎ Search for entrepreneurs
∎ Conduct Social Business Workshops
∎ Motivate entrepreneurs for Social Business
∎ Develop and evaluate Social Business project proposal for entrepreneurs
∎ Monitor implemented Social Business projects.
∎ Check the utilization of investment and send the utilization report accordingly
∎ Monitor SMS status of the Unit
∎ Liaise with Head Office
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Meet monthly targets for Social Business development.
∎ Work outside Dhaka in different districts
Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ During the probation period: 1st six months TK18,000. 2nd six months TK20,000 After successful completion of probation period: TK25,000-1600*10= TK41,000
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Provident fund, Insurance, Gratuity
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ As per company policy.
