Additional Requirements:

- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in school administration or educational management.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in both Bangla and English.
- Must have a mindset to work in an Islamic environment.
Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee the overall administrative operations of the school and madrasah.
Coordinate between teachers, staff and students effectively.
Prepare and implement academic calendars and class schedules.
Manage student admissions and maintain proper student databases.
Maintain professional communication with parents and arrange parent meetings.
Budget planning, expense tracking, and reporting.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience using School Management SoMandatory.
