Additional Requirements:

• Age 32 to 55 years

• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in school administration or educational management.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in both Bangla and English.
• Must have a mindset to work in an Islamic environment.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Oversee the overall administrative operations of the school and madrasah.
• Coordinate between teachers, staff and students effectively.
• Prepare and implement academic calendars and class schedules.
• Manage student admissions and maintain proper student databases.
• Maintain professional communication with parents and arrange parent meetings.
• Budget planning, expense tracking, and reporting.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience using School Management SoMandatory.
