The Principal of Riverview Nursing College, is the administrative head, directly responsible tothe Al-Manar Hospital Ltd. Management for the college`s overall functioning. They areaccountable for implementing, revising the curriculum for various nursing courses, andoverseeing research activities, ensuring alignment with Al-Manar Hospital`s vision and missionfor providing high-quality healthcare
Responsibilities:
We are seeking experienced and skilled candidates. To ensure we meet the high standards set by the Bangladesh Nursing & Midwifery Council (BNMC) and Dhaka University, all applicants need to meet their specific requirements.
Planning and Development:
Formulate the college`s educational philosophy and objectives.
Identify current needs related to nursing education programs.
Research, evaluate, and acquire resources for effective teaching.
Develop action plans and select appropriate learning experiences for students.
Organization and Staffing:
Determine the number and responsibilities of faculty and staff positions.
Analyze job requirements for each position based on program needs.
Prepare job descriptions with clear lines of authority, responsibilities, and communication channels.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities commensurate with staff abilities.
Maintain a balanced workload distribution among staff members.
Facilitate effective staff functioning through meetings and collaboration.
Leadership and Management:
Recommend staff appointments and promotions based on qualifications, experience, and overall staff composition.
Encourage and support professional development initiatives for staff and students.
Provide clear direction and guidance to staff members. Conduct staff orientation programs.
