∎ Minimum 05 years’ experience in any teaching and administrative work.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning and implementing the curriculum, syllabus, teaching methods, and evaluation system of the students and teachers of the Nursing Institute as per BNMC guidelines.
∎ Coordination and liaison with BNMC, DU, Govt., and other non-govt. offices/institutions, registration authorities, and organizations.
∎ Supervising and monitoring the academic activities, examinations both internal and external, and published results as per BNMC, University guidelines.
∎ Planning, managing, and maintaining the institute infrastructure, facilities, equipment, budget, records, and reports to relevant authorities.
∎ Motivating and mentoring the relevant supervisors, members, and students to achieve academic excellence and institutional and professional development.
∎ Any other administrative duties as needed by the authority.
