∎ 12 years experience as a lecturer in a recognized college
∎ 12 years experience as a lecturer in a recognized college

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Having the ability to work as a team player, willing to do all the tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Having the ability to facilitate a safe learning environment where students can explore concepts and apply them to real-life situations.
∎ Should be creative and energetic and guide the teachers to teach young learners through a knowledge of effective classroom management strategies.
∎ Monitor the progress of the students to counsel them and assist them in improving.
∎ Capable of preparing Syllabus, Session Plan, Scheme of Work & Lecture materials.
∎ All academic responsibilities related to students’ exams, parents dealing and other duties required.
∎ Ensure additional teaching support for slow learners.
∎ Support the development of student portfolios in line with the designed format of the institutation.
∎ Maintain good professional working relationships with colleagues.
