∎ Having the ability to work as a team player, willing to do all the work assigned by section management and other related tasks assigned by the school management.
∎ Having the ability to facilitate a safe learning environment where students can explore concepts and apply them to real-life situations.
∎ Should be creative and energetic and have a passion for teaching young learners through a knowledge of effective classroom management strategies.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor the progress of the students to counsel them and assist them in improving.
∎ Should be able to create and mark assessments that accurately measure students' performance and keep accurate records.
∎ Capable of preparing Syllabus, Session plan, Scheme of Work & Lecture materials and evaluate class tests, quizzes and term exams.
∎ Capable of preparing question papers & Mark schemes according to the govt. standard and actively involved in developing curriculum Giving projects and assignments to the students.
∎ Should have experience in teaching pre-primary or primary students.
∎ All academic responsibilities related to student's exams, parents dealing and other duties as the position requires.
∎ Providing additional teaching support for slow learners.
∎ Support the development of student portfolios in line with agreed school practices.
∎ Maintain good professional working relationships with colleagues.
