Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters’ in any discipline from any reputed Public/Private University with B.Ed or M.Ed or both.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be capable of planning and implementation of overall Academic activities in an IT-enabled environment that should have distinct uniqueness
∎ Organizing and engaging students in class activity, co-curricular, extra-curricular activities, and skill development programs.
∎ Monitoring and assessing students’ and teachers’ performance and providing necessary action plans for further improvisation.
∎ Should be able to judge the needs, plan, and organize teachers' training & development programs.
∎ Need to take at least two classes per day.
∎ Love to accept the challenges to make the school successful.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound academic background.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
∎ Good command in English Communication.
∎ Must have the desired level of Skills in adapting Software and digital academic platforms.
∎ Experience in conducting and managing Teachers' Training programs.

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
