Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lesson Planning & Delivery: Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the Cambridge Primary curriculum.
∎ Curriculum Implementation: Integrate subject knowledge with inquiry-based and student-centered teaching methodologies.
∎ Assessment & Reporting: Conduct formative and summative assessments; provide regular feedback and progress reports to parents.
∎ Classroom Management: Maintain a well-structured, inclusive, and positive learning environment to support student behavior and engagement.
∎ Differentiated Instruction: Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students, including those requiring additional support or enrichment.
∎ Resource Development: Create and utilize instructional materials, worksheets, and digital tools to enhance the learning experience.
∎ Collaboration: Participate actively in grade-level and departmental meetings, curriculum planning sessions, and school events.
∎ Parent Communication: Maintain regular, professional communication with parents regarding academic progress, classroom behavior, and development.
∎ Professional Growth: Engage in school-led training and Cambridge PD programs to stay updated on best practices in international education.
