Responsibilities & Context:
Plan and implement a creative and engaging curriculum that aligns with the school's educational philosophy and developmental goals for young children. This includes activities that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment where children feel comfortable and confident to explore and learn.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with students and parents. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, achievements, and any concerns.
Observe and assess each child's development to tailor teaching methods and support individual learning needs. Maintain accurate records of student progress.
Manage classroom dynamics and student behavior using positive reinforcement and age-appropriate disciplinary techniques.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning community.
Participate in professional development to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.
