Job Context:
∎ Must have 3-5 years of Super Shop(retail) experiences.
∎ Workplace: Work at our Super Shop in Chattogram.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ *** Should Responsible for Day-to-day tasks of a Point of Sales(POS) Executive mainly involve assisting customers at the Cash counter, but they are also expected to help out in other department of the store when required.
∎ Handle the customers to ensure great shopping experience
∎ Manage transactions using POS/Cash Software
∎ Scan goods properly and ensure pricing is accurate
∎ Performing basic math functions to collect payments and give change
∎ Collect payments in cash , card, credit, Mobile wallet
∎ Issue change, bill receipts, refunds, or tickets
∎ Redeem customer loyalty and Processing coupons and vouchers
∎ Introduce new items and promotion products to the customers
∎ Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
∎ Keeping the checkout area, clean and orderly
∎ Keep reports of transactions
∎ Process sales returns and check to see if items are damaged
∎ Asking customers about their shopping experience for exceptional customer service
∎ Balancing the till at the end of the day and maintaining an accurate cash drawer
∎ Have to take overall POS short/excess liabilities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Don't apply if you don't have experience in Super Shop/Retail relative field.
∎ Basic Math and Computer Operating skills
∎ Excellent verbal communication
∎ Excellent customer service skills
∎ Ability to handle criticism
