Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s degree in any discipline.
∎ Master's in Physical Education (MPED) from reputed Public or Private University with a CGPA not less than 3.00 in both Bachelor's and Master's Programs.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting Morning PT and Evening Games: They will ensure 100% presence of students in morning PT and afternoon games. Will plan and conduct daily PT and games. Will seek advice and assistance from the Hostel Admin Officer and Housemaster in case of any difficulty faced here.
∎ Creating Teams for Games and Sports: They will guide the House Games Prefect to create one team per event per floor to enable internal competitions.
∎ Maintenance of Games and Sports Store: Games and Sports stores will be maintained centrally or once per House as administratively convenient. PTIs will be in charge of these stores.
∎ Maintenance of Playgrounds: Playgrounds should be play-worthy at all times and PTIs will be responsible for that. He will be primarily assisted by the Malis (gardeners).
∎ Maintenance of Indoor Games facilities: Resident students need indoor games facilities to pass their leisure time. PTIs will ensure a good system through House Games Prefect. But, overall responsibility would belong to PTI.
∎ Organizing Indoor and Outdoor Competitions: Games and Sports competitions are the spirit of the students. PTIs would be overall responsible for these. But, they will involve the College and House Games Prefects in this matters as much as possible. They will take necessary guidance from the Head of Admin and HR.
∎ Answerable to Hostel Admin Officer: They will be primarily answerable to the House Admin Officer and to the Housemaster for their day-to-day responsibilities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be fluent in English (speaking and writing).
∎ Physical fitness
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Knowledge of many kinds of exercise
∎ Must be proficient in driving technical tools like MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 22000 (Monthly)
