Job Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients, labeling specimens accurately, and ensuring proper handling for laboratory analysis. This role requires precision, compassion, and adherence to best practices in patient care and specimen collection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipunctures and other specimen collection procedures following established protocols
• Verify patient identity and ensure accurate labeling of all samples
• Maintain proper hygiene, safety, and infection control standards at all times
• Prepare specimens for laboratory testing and transport
• Record and update patient information in the system accurately
• Monitor inventory of phlebotomy supplies and report needs as required
• Provide a calm, reassuring presence to patients who may be anxious or uncomfortable
• Collaborate effectively with laboratory and healthcare team members
