Education:
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) or Diploma in Pharmacy from any institute recognized by Pharmacy Council of Bangladesh with 02 years experience.
Knowledge of computer literacy and Hospital Information System Software is preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
Receiving all medicine & related items as per issued purchase order.
Recording the pharmacy items properly in computer.
Delivery of medicine & related items as per receiving requisition of user with department.
Proper posting in software (HIS).
Maintenance of optimum inventory and report to the Departmental head for items those are below buffer level.
Prepare supplier wise Material Purchase Requisition (weekly/monthly) inconsideration of current requirements and submit to the Head of the Department for proper necessary action.
Feedback regarding quality of received medicine and others through collecting information from using department.
Report immediately regarding any adverse situation.
Initiate to complete the process of QC inconsideration of receiving medicine and other items against issued (GRR) after QC.
Other necessary issues as per instruction of higher authority.
