Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Healthcare/Lifestyle product

• Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

The candidate should have an M.Pharm/B.Pharm with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any recognized institution.

• Age 25 to 45 years

• Organize the pharmacy in an efficient manner to make the identification of the products easier and faster;

• Maintain full control over delivering, stocking and labeling medicines and other products and monitor their condition to prevent expiring or deterioration;

• Reviewing and executing physicians` prescriptions checking their appropriateness and legality

• Listen carefully to customer to interpret their needs and issues and offer information and advice;

• Completing GRN of medicines and other products in a timely manner;

• Ensure the billing is done in real time with 100% accuracy;

• Keep track of medicines and generate PR and PO as per demand;

• Keep track of online orders and fulfill the order as per customer requirement within the committed time;

• Comply with all applicable legal rules, regulation and procedures;

• Carry out reconciliation at the end of the shift to hand over to the cash manager of the facility;

• Ability to supervise and develop a sales team in a regular basis to ensure the monthly sales achievement;

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment;

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.;

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
