Additional Requirements:
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)/Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
Minimum 1-year experience, preferably in FMCG, e-commerce or consulting, etc.
Strong communication skills and an assertive approach to negotiations.
Results-driven mentality with a focus on business outcomes.
Proven experience in driving cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities & Context:
Monitoring & Recording of the Temperature of specific drugs in the Pharmacy as per guidelines.
Arranging the stocks according to the category and agency.
Checking expiry manually including stock expiry monthly.
Conducting Perpetual stock taking on a monthly basis and making shortage entries in the register for the reorder of level.
Updating records of stocks received from the suppliers.
Providing information regarding drug interactions, side effects, dosage, and proper medication storage.
Dispensing medications as prescribed by doctors and dentists
Ensuring compliance with FDA and manufacturer for Pharmacovigilance activities.
Seeking clarification regarding prescription discrepancies when necessary.
In case of drug-related claims by the patient, fill the Pharmacovigilance report accordingly.
