We are seeking an exceptionally organized, high-caliber, and smart Personal Secretary to support the Chairman of our Group of Companies. This is a strategic role for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. He will act as the Chairman’s primary gatekeeper, managing complex corporate, personal, and philanthropic affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Chairman’s office operations, acting as the bridge between the Chairman and subsidiary CEOs/Board members.
Coordinate an active calendar of appointments across multiple time zones; prepare agendas, briefing notes, and record minutes for high-level meetings.
Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including visas, VIP protocols, and ground logistics.
Screen and manage high volumes of emails and calls, drafting formal correspondence to government bodies and global partners.
Manage personal schedules, health issues, household staff, and private errands.
Maintain confidentiality in all dealings and tasks, especially when handling sensitive information.
Any other tasks assigned by Management.
Skills & Expertise:
Absolute integrity in handling highly sensitive business strategies and private information.
Ability to prioritize a high volume of competing tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously under intense pressure.
Proficiency in communication skills in English and Bangla, including formal business writing and the diplomacy required to interact with diverse classes of people.
Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.
The tact to navigate complex workplace dynamics and anticipate the Chairman's needs before they are expressed.
Adaptability to irregular working hours, including weekends, and readiness for frequent overseas travel.
Understanding common medical terms and procedures; familiarity with the workflow of hospitals to schedule appointments, diagnostics, or follow-up consultations; acting as a liaison between the chairman and medical specialists.
