PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To provide effective administrative and personal assistant support in Bangladesh to the CEO of Unibridge Group, UK and Chairman of Central University of Science and Technology Dhaka who is currently living in UK. We recently started a University Project in Bangladesh whereas the CEO needed to travel in Bangladesh regularly. The job includes diary management, meeting coordination, email writing, letter drafting, travel arrangements, and general administrative assistance, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensuring regular operation of Bangladesh project and update regularly to CEO who maximum time live out Bangladesh.
Felexible to work anytime needed and traveling mentality in country or out of country.
Arrange meetings, book rooms, coordinate refreshments, and ensure meeting technology is available and working.
Handle emails, phone calls, correspondence, and meeting invitations, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
Arrange travel and accommodation and necessary works when CEO in Bangladesh, balancing cost and time efficiency, and process expenses where required.
Assist with meeting preparation, including gathering papers and briefing materials.
Take minutes for meetings and circulate actions where required.
Draft Email, Letter and send with consent of CEO.
Maintain accurate records, files, and electronic documentation.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and update to CEO.
Support ad-hoc projects, research, and administrative tasks as directed.
Undertake any other reasonable duties appropriate to the role.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Personal Assistant or Personal Secretary Role.
Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and calendar management tools.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Flexible, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
