  • PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

    To support and maintain the admissions process, ensuring applications are processed accurately, fairly, and in line with organisational policies and timelines.

     

    MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Maintain the admissions process with accuracy, transparency, and compliance, ensuring deadlines and targets are met.

    • Manage and maintain admissions records, ensuring accurate data entry and secure handling of information.

    • Handle admissions-related emails and telephone queries professionally and promptly.

    • Liaise with internal departments to support effective communication and smooth progression of applications.

    • Keep up to date with admissions rules, policies, and procedures and support their implementation.

    • Provide support and guidance to other members of the admissions team when required.

    • Report errors, issues, or discrepancies immediately to the line manager.

    • Comply with organisational policies, including GDPR, compliance, anti-bribery, corruption, and conflict of interest.

    • Complete performance reviews, development plans, and contribute to service improvements.

    Undertake other reasonable duties as required by the line manager, appropriate to the level of the role
