Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and follow up on the Managing Director's daily activities and routines.
∎ Schedule and coordinate meetings with stakeholders.
∎ Provide reminders for all office tasks and meeting schedules.
∎ Purchase various gift items (food and non-food) as required.
∎ Arrange and send gifts to designated addresses as needed.
∎ Manage the company's online catering page.
∎ Oversee vehicle and driver management for the Managing Director.
∎ Wellness Ventures Ltd. (A sister concern of Labaid Group).
