• Buyer Communication & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Develop accurate garment patterns based on buyer requirements through coordination with the merchandising team.

• Oversee sample development, approval, and communication of any design or fit modifications.

• Prepare master patterns for all sizes using CAD software Gemini.

• Optimize marker layouts to minimize fabric wastage and improve efficiency. Review sketches, specifications, and measurement charts to ensure design integrity and production accuracy.

• Lead the CAD team in maintaining consistency across fit, pattern grading, and quality parameters.

• Evaluate all sample stages design, proto, fit, red seal, and gold seal ensuring compliance with buyer expectations. Implement cost control measures through efficient CAD operations and fabric utilization.

• Drive continuous improvement across pattern accuracy, marker planning, and overall CAD performance.
