• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Bengali (spoken and written)
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email), basic online form filling & embassy
• Experience in medical travel or international hospital coordination (optional)
• Basic knowledge about Thailand visa types, embassy document preparation
• Good customer service attitude and problem-solving skill

• Coordinate directly with patients and their families regarding medical travel to Bumrungrad Hospital,
• Bangkok.
• Handle appointment booking, medical record submission, and follow-up communication.
• Assist patients with Thailand visa documentation and application processing.
• Coordinate with the Bangkok main office for patient updates, reports, and visa letters.
• Maintain daily office operations including patient logs, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Ensure smooth travel and treatment experience for patients from Chittagong to Bangkok.
