Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure the high-quality care of the patients and their needs are met promptly.
∎ To develop and manage staff schedules for ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
∎ To monitor and maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
∎ To respond on emergencies and unexpected situations efficiently and calmly.
∎ To provide support regarding orientation and ongoing training for new and existing staff.
∎ To collaborate with medical staff to implement and monitor patient care plans.
∎ To collect and analyze feedback from patients and staff to identify areas for improvement.
∎ To ensure the proper services of nursing staff, support staff, and other healthcare employees.
∎ To support the evaluation procedure of staff performance and address any issues or concerns.
∎ To follow the hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
∎ To prepare and submit reports on floor operations, incidents, and patient care outcomes.
∎ To arrange regular briefings with staff to discuss updates, changes, and important information.
∎ To ensure the emergency procedures are followed and staff are trained in emergency protocols.
∎ To maintain accurate records of incidents, staff attendance, and patient care activities.
∎ To implement and monitor changes aimed at enhancing the quality of care and operational efficiency.
∎ To provide support and guidance to concerned staff to foster a collaborative and respectful work environment.
∎ To execute any other duties as directed by the authority.
