Educational Requirements:
∎ Professional Degree in Technology, Management or Commerce.
∎ Total duration of all degree education (graduate, postgraduate and higher) should be 4 years or higher.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The tasks, roles and responsibilities pertaining to this position will include the following - Client service - client interactions, service delivery supervision, and business development; the deserving candidate must have demonstrated experience in managing large portfolio of professional to the client within Bangladesh and internationally.
∎ Governance of client service - review of the key engagements across the organization; monitoring client satisfaction through surveys; resolving issues that require senior level intervention and remediation; the deserving candidate must have demonstrated experience of outstanding client service and passion for client service and client relationship development in professional services delivery
∎ Business performance reviews - review of the business development outcome performed by the senior employees of the company, review of the revenue and cost performance of the company with the Finance department of the company; the deserving candidate must have a demonstrated track record of leading client and business development programs, running profitable growth programs, and managing P&L responsibilities
∎ People development - monitoring the key results area benchmarking and goal setting of the employees of the company; monitoring regular performance reviews and performance management and monitoring learning and development programs; the deserving candidate must have demonstrated experience of building a rapidly growing team of more than 500 people for more than 2 years
∎ Firm's internal operations - the deserving candidate must have demonstrated experience in managing compliance requirements across multiple function areas, and collaboration with other offices of PwC globally to deliver the best outcome for the clients, people and the firm.
∎ Strategic vision - the deserving candidate must have demonstrated experience in development of business strategy and executing the same for large professional services portfolio or a whole firm.
∎ Digital skills and acumen: The deserving candidate must have a good digital skill to work with modern technologies and devices to accomplish tasks productively and effectively. The skills include but not limited to data analysis using spreadsheet software, presentation preparation using presentation software, word processors, and cloud-based collaboration apps.
