Job Context:
∎ Contract Period: 6 months

Job Responsibilities:
∎ As outreach Officer, he/she will be responsible to overseeing of all Child Protection activities (awareness, community engagement and DDR activities).
∎ Ensure Case Management & PSS support with maintain confidential;
∎ Train-up and engage facilitator to ensure quality program as per direction of CPSS, RRRC, and Good Neighbors Bangladesh;
∎ Ensure engagement CBCPC, Adolescent to monitoring community base awareness program;
∎ As Outreach Officer will liaises directly with other service providers working and communities where the project is implementing and facilitate referrals to other service providers (health including Mental health, Shelter, NFIs and /or legal providers, etc.)
∎ Responsible for the overall management of the safe spaces for child and adolescent
∎ Contribute risk assessment and DRR activities with collaboration camp authority, side management and others relevant actors.
∎ Identification of at-risk girls, boys and women and ensure proper documentation & service
∎ Provide direct support and care for child and adolescent including basic information, survivor needs as per standard operating procedure.
∎ Ensure Child rights principle and child friendly environment
∎ Responsible for the selection and supervise all community volunteers working in the Multi-Purpose Child and Adolescent Center.
∎ Produce daily, weekly, monthly data and regular narrative reports for different stakeholders as well as office.
∎ Maintain positive coordination and relationship with other partners in the field to promote holistic approach to case
∎ Management
∎ Perform other duties, as appropriate and requested by supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 6 months in the mentioned field (experience with only evidence and relevance will count)
∎ Minimum age 28 years and maximum age 40 years (as on 30 June 2020)
∎ Sound knowledge and understanding of Child Protection and humanitarian principles
∎ Have practical experience in humanitarian related work.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Experience working with communities.
∎ Can follow the working plan and program strategies
∎ Must know Chitagangiya/ Rohingya language.

Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
