Responsibilities & Context:
- Oversee store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment and overall outlet performance.
- Monitor and achieve sales targets while ensuring outlet profitability.
- Manage In-Out register, daily accounts and bank deposits.
- Handle software-related tasks, including POS and reporting.
- Supervise staff performance, schedule shifts and ensure smooth showroom operations.
- Maintain high standards of customer service.
- Communicate and coordinate regularly with Head Office for operational and sales updates.
