∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ •Minimum 2 years of experience in an internal or national call center.
∎ •Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
∎ •Ability to work night shifts.
∎ •Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
∎ •Proficient in using call center software and CRM systems.
∎ •Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct outbound calls to customers as per campaign requirements.
∎ Deliver high-quality customer service and build strong customer relationships.
∎ Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets.
∎ Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
∎ Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals.
∎ Adhere to company policies and procedures.
