Additional Requirements:
- Age 22 to 40 years
- Must be registered with the Bangladesh Nursing & Midwifery Council (BNMC)
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in OT preferred.
- Sound knowledge of surgical instruments, sterilization techniques, and OT protocols
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and act quickly in emergencies
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities & Context:
- Prepare and maintain the operating room before, during, and after surgery
- Assist the surgical team during operations by handling instruments and supplies
- Monitor and support the patient’s condition throughout the procedure
- Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and in proper working condition
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, instruments, and supplies used
- Adhere to infection control protocols and hospital policies
- Provide post-operative care and ensure patient comfort
- Cooperate with surgeons, anesthetists, and other healthcare professionals as needed
