Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 40 years
- C-ARM Operating Microscope Operating Experience.
- Advanced understanding of CSSD Management.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Operational Management: Organize and maintain the operation theatre, ensuring readiness for surgeries.
- Staff Supervision: Oversee and guide OT nurses and technicians; assign roles.
- Inventory Control: Manage surgical instruments, implants, and consumables.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure sterilization and functionality of all equipment.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce infection control and safety protocols.
- Patient Coordination: Oversee preoperative and postoperative care processes.
- Documentation: Maintain records of surgeries, equipment usage, and reports.
- Emergency Preparedness: Ensure resources and staff readiness for emergencies.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between surgeons, staff, and administration.
