Responsibilities & Context:
Dhaka Eye Care Hospital, a premier provider of eye care services, operates a spectacle shop, Optovisuals, within the hospital. The spectacle shop dispenses high-quality spectacle frames and lenses/glasses, such as Zeiss and Essilor, to the patients of the hospital and outside customers. The Sales Persons have to
Responsibilities:
- Counsel the customer about various frames and lenses.
- Demonstrate frames and lenses.
- Guide the customers to choose the best fit for them.
- Booking order of the customer.
- Check the quality of fitted spectacles before delivery
- Deliver the spectacle to the customer on time.
- Maintain a stock of the lenses and frames.
- Attend eye camp/school Sight Test Program to dispense spectacles.
- Report on the sales and collection of spectacle sales of the shop.
- Target oriented
