∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all aspects of lead management, including the continual improvement and maintenance of a lead scoring system which ranks prospective clients and directs the sales team.
∎ Qualifications : Develop a framework to effectively prospect and qualify Travel and Affiliate partners through learning about their travel business; it's business model, key decision makers, and it's position in the travel landscape and judging when to disqualify; Understand the global travel experience landscape;
∎ Scoring: Create and fine-tune algorithms to prioritize leads according to business needs; Lead several acquisition integration projects simultaneously by evaluating multiple lead sources and providing prospective recommendations.
∎ Implement : Identify and initiate workflow process improvements, metrics, systems to manage and assess lead pipeline as well as enable maximum productivity from the Sales team;
∎ Allocation: In depth knowledge of how Salesforce objects interact and experience working in multiple types of Salesforce environments. Utilize Salesforce to distribute leads amongst global teams to ensure that each sales manager has a source of high quality, prioritized, and qualified leads;
∎ Ownership: Organize and lead the acquisition integration process to identify needs and create integration plans. Define, track, and communicate appropriate performance measurements to stakeholders, including month-end reports and quarterly business reviews;
∎ Measurement : Measure Lead Management KPIs from Salesforce and conduct statistical analysis to understand the performance of lead gen and sales;
∎ The lead operations manager will work closely with national sales team to guide best practices and to develop sales initiatives as well as be responsible for collaborating interdepartmentally to help facilitate lead marketing programs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3/5 years of working experience in travel agency including group & corporate travel experience.
∎ Ability to work independently while also functioning and contributing as part of a team.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong attention to detail.
∎ Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks and to work in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Required: Excellent Salesforce and computer skills, including proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint. Salesforce Admin certification not required, but skill set desired.
∎ Strong execution, prioritization skills, and business acumen.
∎ Proficiency in operating multi GDS (global distributions system) including reservation, issue, reissue, revalidation and refund process on airline reservations and ticketing.
∎ Good understanding and promote B2B and B2C business nature.
∎ Marketing and selling of major Airlines Tickets, Packages, Tours, Hotel Reservation and Visa Assistance services etc.
∎ A strong positive clientele relations for generate new travel & tour related business and fair knowledge on tour operation, tour planning, car rental, cruise and hotel reservations.
∎ Ability to have problem solving skills and good liaison with airlines/vendors and capable of sourcing corporate, group and special fares from airlines/vendors.
∎ Generating revenue and carrying out target oriented sales.
∎ A comprehensive understanding of office and internet technology ( browsers, search engines, email, Social Media, E-Commerce )
∎ Should have good verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to prepare daily, weekly, monthly report.
∎ Skills Required: corporate sales and Marketing, Hospitality Management, Air Ticketing and Tour operations.
∎ Proven work experience as a travel consultant.
∎ Excellent Knowledge of travelling software (computer reservations systems, GDS systems and e-travel)
∎ Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc)
