Additional Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
Provide back-end operational support for Canada and Australia Permanent Residence (PR) applications
Handle processing for Student Visa, Schooling Visa, MM2H (Malaysia My Second Home), and Tourist / Visitor Visa cases
Conduct case research and basic eligibility assessment under senior supervision
Prepare, organize, and verify client documents according to checklists
Ensure accurate and timely file preparation in line with visa requirements
Coordinate with senior consultants and team members for case handling
Maintain proper documentation flow and internal records
Mandatory participation in Facebook live sessions and video promotion activities
Support digital engagement and client awareness initiatives as required
