Carbarn is a global automotive company specializing in high-quality Japanese vehicles for export to international markets. We design and use our own software solutions to power every part of our business — from marketing and sales to operations and logistics.

We are looking for a proactive Operations Executive with basic programming or data skills who can start in operations and later transition into advanced marketing, analytics, or our development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize internal and external documents.

• Perform accurate data entry for vehicles, finance, and inventory.

• Publish and update listings across platforms.

• Assist in boosting vehicle ads on social media and marketplaces.

• Support operations, marketing, and finance teams with technical tasks.

• Work with company software and suggest improvements.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or API integration (AI API experience is a plus).

• Comfortable using tools like ChatGPT and AI-powered applications.

• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (final-year students or fresh graduates welcome).

• No automotive industry experience required — we’ll train you.

• 0–1 years of work experience (freshers encouraged).
