Job Context:
∎ 1. Develop and distribute the store sales plan, complete the personal sales task, and lead the team to complete the sales task;
∎ 2. Master the competitive environment and consumption habits of local market and report the situation to headquarters in time;
∎ 3. Conduct store operation analysis and propose constructive comments that helpful to achieve sales targets;
∎ 4. Provide accurate commodity inventory data and commodity sales statistics analysis in time every month;
∎ 5. Summarize the sales situation of the stores and provide timely analysis of the profit of the stores;
∎ 6. Host the regular meeting of store and communicate the relevant policies with the information of headquarters;
∎ 7. Develop a training plan and provide coaching to the shopping guides;
∎ 8. Supervise the daily work discipline of the guides and handle the personnel who violate the relevant regulations;
∎ 9. Conduct performance evaluation and assessment of shopping guides;
∎ 10. Deal with the layouts of newly listed products, slow-moving products and promotional products accordingly;
∎ 11. Supervise and manage the image maintenance work of merchandise display, store hygiene, personnel image and POP layout, etc.;
∎ 12. Be responsible for the daily maintenance of fixed assets and equipment in stores to ensure the normal operation of equipment;
∎ 13. Make sure a good safety management of the store to prevent and deal with the special circumstances encountered at the business site;
∎ 14. Handling the customer`s on-site or telephone complaints, and promptly notify the relevant responsible person at the headquarters of the problems that need to be coordinated by the manufacturer
∎ 15. Cooperate with the company to carry out various marketing activities to enhance the brand`s popularity and reputation;
∎ 16. Check the expiration date of commodities to prevent the display of expired and expired commodities in stores;
∎ 17. Management of ordering, adjusting, replenishing and returning commodities;
∎ 18. Handling the external relations of stores;
∎ 19. In-store cash management, including operating expenses and reserve funds

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Conduct regular store meetings to rationally allocate and manage the staff of the store.
∎ 2. Inspection of cleanliness preparation before opening shop and the maintenance of environment inside and outside stores.
∎ 3. The maintenance and management of spare parts and equipment for commodities in stores. Be familiar with the category of goods in the store and regularly do the statistical report, analysis of best-selling and unsalable goods so as to make a good plan of purchase, sale, storage and compensation.
∎ 4. Stock control
∎ 5. Store financial management, disposing and depositing daily in-store reserve and cash after business.
∎ 6. Handling the quality problems of products in stores.
∎ 7. Disposal of complaints from customers(e.g.contact with Headquarters Service Center for solutions in time when failing to solve problems.)
∎ 8. Management and control of staff attendance in stores and arrangement of vacation rotation
∎ 9. Work arrangement and staff assessment.
∎ 10. Customer service management supervision when opening, staff service management in the store.
∎ 11. Filling in relevant forms and bills
∎ 12. Schedule the lunch break and evening shift, which should be based on the principle of not affecting business (no more than 30 minutes).
∎ 13. When handing over, the difference found in the number of products counted shall be checked by the handover employee. If still in doubt, the manager shall check it and sign. What’s more, manager shall first perform the normal operation of the handover procedure and report to the shopkeeper in that day.
∎ 14. Check whether the sales of every day, the sales data are consistent with the actual receipt of the cashier, and monitor the daily number of items counted when the clerk delivers the shift.
∎ 15. Report to the headquarters in time with the brand trend of competing products in the same industry in local market.
∎ 16. Analyze weekly&monthly sales data to find the reasons for performance.
