Currently, we are seeking experienced and dedicated teachers to join our team as Academic Tutors. The ideal candidate will be proficient in teaching both Bangla Medium and English Version curriculum, and will have a passion for education and skill development.

Job Responsibilities

• Candidates should possess basic computer skills necessary for conducting online classes effectively.

• Manage and maintain the syllabus for the assigned subjects/classes, ensuring alignment with academic standards.

• Develop comprehensive academic lesson plans, scripts, and create chapter-wise worksheets, quizzes, and creative questions to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.

• Host and manage online live classes using platforms such as Google Meet or Zoom, ensuring seamless operation and technical proficiency.

• Implement quality assurance protocols during class sessions to maintain the highest standards of teaching and learning.

• Attend workshops and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with best practices in online education.

• Provide dedicated support to students by addressing their doubts and queries during designated doubt-solving sessions.

• Record each class session for archival purposes and to cater to the needs of students who may miss the live sessions.

• Deliver lectures proficiently in both Bengali and English mediums, adapting based on the needs and preferences of the students.

• Actively participate in company social media activities to promote online classes and increase brand visibility.

• Prior experience in e-learning platforms and online teaching methodologies will be advantageous.
