Education:
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting/Finance.
Professional qualification such as CA (CC), ACCA (part-qualified), or CMA will be considered an added advantage.
At least 2–3 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in ERP Systems and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of accounting standards, VAT/TAX rules, and financial reporting.
Experience in budgeting, Financial analysis and cash flow Management
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
Record, review, and control all financial transactions in ERP/Tally/Excel; maintain proper GL structure and journals.
Verify bills, vouchers, payroll, and supporting documents before processing payments.
Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and TA/DA with correct VDS/TDS deduction.
Perform regular GL, bank, and vendor ledger reconciliations; monitor adjustments made by team members.
Maintain Fixed Asset Register and ensure monthly depreciation posting.
Conduct cashbook verification and petty cash monitoring.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and record necessary provisions.
Prepare MIS, financial statements, variance analysis, and management reports from ERP data.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly financial reports, cash position reports, payable/receivable aging, and expense summaries to management.
Develop and present budget vs. actual, cost center–wise expense, and trend analysis.
Prepare annual budget, monitor budget vs. actual, and support forecasting and cost control. Ensure full Tax, VAT, and statutory compliance as per Bangladesh regulations.
Support statutory audit, inventory verification, and liaison with auditors and regulators.
