Responsibilities & Context:
Job Location: Konabari, Gazipur, Plant.
To carry out production activities as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR/BPR)
To ensure production is completed on time and as per GMP guidelines
To operate, clean, and maintain production equipment as per SOPs
To ensure proper line clearance before starting and after completion of batches
To monitor critical process parameters during manufacturing
To maintain and complete all production-related documentation accurately
To follow safety, hygiene, and housekeeping practices in production areas
To coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) departments
To report deviations, incidents, and equipment breakdowns to seniors
To assist in process validation, equipment qualification, and audits
To train and guide operators and helpers in routine activities
To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (GMP, WHO, FDA, etc.)
