Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ CA Course completion from a reputed CA Firm or CMA Intermediate having relevant experience will be preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Accounting Software, Analytical ability, ERP
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance, ERP, Manufacturing Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor Receivable OD and follow up with the respective segment officer/HoS regarding bill submission to customer.
∎ Cheque/Challan received from respective person and arrange to deposit
∎ Treasury related task (Coordinating with banks, Loan issue, Repayment, Interest Calculation & Treasury MIS) and account for in ERP.
∎ Ensure timely payment of long term loan installment and LATR to avoid extra finance cost.
∎ Arrange Security deposit/BG/Pay Order.
∎ Supplier's bill checking and prepare cheque.
∎ Monthly Bank reconciliation.
∎ Help income tax assessment by preparing schedule and necessary documents.
∎ Maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities
∎ Any other job assigns by the management.
Salary: Negotiable
