Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate (Major in Finance/Accounting)
∎ CA (CC) /CMA (Inter)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Undertaking transaction process and payment processes whilst ensuring compliance with payment terms, financial policies and procedures.
∎ Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoices or expenses.
∎ Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system report to balances.
∎ Pay to employees by verifying requisitions.
∎ Contribute to the smooth running of the month end closing process.
∎ Prepare analysis of accounts and producing monthly reports.
∎ Deduct TDS & VDS from vendor invoices as per Govt. rule and deposit to the Govt. Treasury along with treasury challan.
∎ Continuous improvement of payment process.
∎ Supervise and maintain the agreements of rents and suppliers.
∎ Maintain updated agreement file and follow up the respective departments about the termination timeline.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1/2 years experience will be added advantage.
∎ Excellent in oral & written English Communication
∎ Good command over MS Office; minimum mid-level proficiency in MS Excel is critical
∎ Proven inter-personal skills
∎ Good team player with 'can do' attitude.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
