Responsibilities & Context: Department: Production Job Location: Gazipur Employment Status: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily ice cream production activities and ensure product quality and operational efficiency. Maintain production planning and schedules to ensure timely completion of production targets. Ensure compliance with food safety policies, quality standards, and company regulations. Monitor production processes and take improvement initiatives when necessary. Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth factory operations. Maintain required production documents and reports properly. Perform any other duties assigned by management. Experience Requirements: 2–3 years of practical experience in ice cream production-related work.
