Job Responsibilities:
Safely transport company officials and guests to their destinations.
Deliver official documents and other office materials to designated locations.
Keep company vehicles clean, well-maintained, and operational.
Regularly check vehicle conditions and report maintenance requirements to the authority.
Maintain fuel usage records, vehicle mileage, and trip logs.
Drive in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
Be willing to work extra hours in case of emergency requirements.
Ensure all necessary vehicle documents are updated and properly maintained.
Additional Requirements:
Must have a valid professional driving license.
Good knowledge of roads and routes.
Must be polite, honest, responsible, and punctual.
Basic knowledge of common vehicle mechanical issues is preferred.
