∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To check, receive and sign for floats, keys and other paperwork as required for operating a point of payment;
∎ To at all time be an "Ambassador' for the Hospital by performing the public relation functions to the best of his abilities;
∎ Always greet the patient, inform the patient of the amount due, process the transaction in the correct manner;
∎ Prepare invoices for registration, consultation, investigations, pharmacy & MHC;
∎ Collect the dues in cash or by credit card and guide the patients to get the service;
∎ Always greet customer after completing formalities;
∎ Provide information to the patients regarding medical services and tariff of the hospital;
∎ Declare all money collected from the patients & deposits the money to the authorize person;
∎ To be accountable for the safekeeping of the cash float;
∎ To operate and maintain all equipment in the correct manner and report any malfunction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Minimum 1 year of experience in relevant field.
